The Sully Home Care Companion program works with physicians, hospitals, and family members to develop an individualized program to fit your loved one’s daily needs. The purpose of companion care is to offer company and friendship. Companions may help with certain household chores and errands, such as light meal preparation or light housekeeping, but their primary purpose is to spend time with the with your loved one. If they enjoy their independence but is struggling with everyday activities, companion care is the solution. Our program will manage their daily requirements with specialized companion care and match their needs with the best available caregiver. If you choose to allow Sully Home Care to provide companion care for your loved one, you will know you’ve provided them with the best possible care available.
Companion care is perfect for elderly or disabled adults who live alone or are far from family, providing the company, conversation, and security of a dedicated care companion. Our program becomes lifeline for adults who no longer have the energy, motivation, or physical well-being to live comfortably without assistance.
There is no cost for the Sully Home Care Companion program to participants who are and remain eligible for Masshealth. For those interested in the program but are not enrolled in Masshealth, there is an option to pay out of pocket.
The Sully Home Care clinical team will be happy to coordinate an initial meeting in the comfort of your loved one’s home. During this meeting, you’ll be able to get answers to any questions you have about care. We’ll take the time to get to know your loved one, learn about his or her specific care needs, and outline our recommendations for care.
